Kwadron SA delivers nationwide across South Africa. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
— Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation
— Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
— You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched
Delivery Times
— Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2-3 business days
— Regional areas: 3-5 business days
— Remote or outlying areas: 5-7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
— Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight
— Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders — check our website for current promotions
— Studio and bulk orders may qualify for negotiated shipping rates — contact us at info@kwadron.co.za
Couriers
We use reputable South African courier services to deliver your orders. All shipments are tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. You can use this number to monitor your delivery.
Delivery Address
— Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
— We deliver to physical addresses only — we do not deliver to PO Boxes
— Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address — if no one is available, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave a collection notice
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order directly on the courier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@kwadron.co.za.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kwadron.co.za with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@kwadron.co.za. We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
At this time Kwadron SA ships within South Africa only. For international enquiries please contact us directly at info@kwadron.co.za.
