Overview
At Kwadron SA we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the hygienic and sterile nature of our products, we have specific guidelines around returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
— The item is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
— The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
— The item was not purchased as part of a bulk or studio order (unless the entire order is being returned)
— Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened:
— Any cartridge needles, traditional needles, or PMU cartridges that have been opened or used
— Any ink products that have been opened
— Items that have been damaged through misuse or improper storage after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kwadron.co.za. Include the following:
— Your order number
— A clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect item
— A brief description of the issue
We will assess your claim and, if valid, offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
— Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
— The refund will be applied to your original payment method
— Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Studio and Bulk Orders
For studio pricing orders or bulk purchases, please contact us directly at info@kwadron.co.za before initiating any return. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.
